A text from Walker. Bucky sighs, taps out a quick reply, explaining Zemo came over to iron out tactical plans for their next mission. The span of time it takes for John to send another message makes Bucky suspect he's not buying it, so he waits until Zemo is out of the shower to lift his phone. ]
